Booking and Payment Policy

Our standard rates, including all promotional offers, are published on our official website and the booking platforms we partner with. Further information is available on our website or upon request.

To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay is required. The remaining balance is due upon check-in. If the deposit payment is not completed within two days of making the reservation, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

The deposit can be paid via bank transfer or by credit/debit card. For card payments, we will send you a secure payment link.

For the final balance and any other on-site payments, we accept both card and cash.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. The refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method. For cancellations made less than 21 days before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
