We would like to familiarize you with the house rules of Hotel Moura. These have been established to ensure your safety and a comfortable, pleasant holiday.

During your stay, please help us protect the environment by being mindful of your water and electricity consumption. Please treat the garden and swimming pool with care, just as you would your own. Kindly help us keep the hotel and its surrounding areas clean, just as you would your own home.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. This policy includes cigarettes, cigars, hookahs (shisha), e-cigarettes (vapes), and any other smoking devices. For your convenience, ashtrays are provided on all balconies and in designated outdoor common areas.

For the safety and security of all our guests, any illegal or immoral activities are strictly forbidden on the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, gambling, prostitution, narcotics, fireworks, firearms, or any other weapons.

Our SPA is a sanctuary for relaxation. To maintain this environment for everyone, we ask that you follow a few simple guidelines: please shower before using the facilities, use the provided towels in the saunas and on loungers, and refrain from bringing food, beverages, or wearing slippers inside. Smoking is not permitted.

Please note that pets are not allowed in the hotel.
